I’m Matthew LeBaron — your Creative Coach and Talent Partner. I work with artists and studios, leaders and teams, ready to reconnect with their creativity and align with their goals.

Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck — isolated from their ideas, their next step, or their community. Together, we shift that isolation into connection, clarity, and energy.

With 22 years of experience in artist management, wellness instruction, and creative practice, I bring a rare ability to walk into any room (virtual or in person), see people clearly, and create the conditions where creativity flows.

Clients often call me the Connector — not only because I connect people to each other, but because I help individuals connect to themselves: to their goals, their creativity, and their path forward.
