“CREATIVITY, COMPASSION, COMMUNITY.”
Three pillars of our coaching practice
This isn’t about me, it’s about you! Alas, an intro is necessary. Hi! I’m Matthew, I’m an iPEC trained Certified Professional Coach, committed to going deep (not wide) with individuals, groups, and teams on their journey towards personal and professional growth. We creatively navigate below the surface and compassionately explore the deeper meaning behind your thoughts, feelings and actions - or lack there of. My approach is simple: we discuss and explore, then reflect to spark awareness, ultimately identifying your unique challenges, and transform them into opportunities. No matter the story you’re telling yourself.
I’m going to meet you where you are, understand where you want to go, and build a path, together to get there. I believe in a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore, learn, and truly thrive. Your ready for a more purposeful and fulfilling life, so lets get to it!”

One-on-One Coaching: No one succeeds alone. We all possess a unique ability to shape the world around us through our thoughts, feelings and actions. Together, as your partner and guide, we will identify challenges, seize opportunities, and nurture your potential to it’s fullest. If you’re ready to wake up and turn awareness into action, lets set up a comp session and get to it.
Group Coaching: Making friends is hard work. And community is needed now more than ever. Our coaching groups, offered bi-monthly, are the key to fostering real community bonds . By sharing our unique experiences we'll discuss experiences and shared pain-points, uncover solutions, and open up to new ideas to course correct and re-energize your path to friendship and community.
Team Coaching: A thriving team is built through trust, healthy exchange of ideas, commitment, accountability and alignment to results . We work with small teams and leadership groups (6-8 max) identifying weakness and strengths, nurturing healthy conflict and communication, building commitment and accountability through buy-in and check the egos at the date. Only then can we align on a company goal.
